🏋️ A Little Gym Humour

Keep your squats low.

Keep your standards high.

Because good form matters, and so does knowing your worth.

Whether it’s leg day, a heavy lifting session or simply turning up when you’d rather be doing something else, every workout is another opportunity to put in the effort.

You don’t have to lift the heaviest weights or achieve a new personal best every time.

Sometimes it’s about consistency, enjoying the process and remembering why you started.

This T-shirt combines a little gym humour with a reminder to keep showing up, putting in the work and holding yourself to your own standards.

🎁 A Great Gift for Gym Lovers

A fun and thoughtful fitness gift for friends, partners, siblings, gym buddies and anyone who loves spending time in the gym.

Perfect for weightlifters, squat enthusiasts, bodybuilders, strength-training fans and anyone who appreciates a little gym humour.

An ideal gift for birthdays, Christmas, fitness milestones or simply treating someone who takes their leg days seriously.
