Some Days Are Heavier Than Others Hoodie

SOME DAYS ARE HEAVIER THAN OTHERS
Take them one at a time.

Not every day feels the same. Some days are easy to navigate, while others take a little more strength, patience and kindness towards ourselves.

This black mental health hoodie is a reminder that you don’t have to have everything figured out. Sometimes, taking things one day at a time is more than enough.

Featuring a vintage-inspired mountain and rising sun illustration in soft off-white, the design is printed on the back of a classic black hoodie. The contrast creates a bold yet understated look, combining meaningful words with an outdoors-inspired, everyday style.

The front is kept completely plain for a clean, minimal finish.

🌿 A Little Reminder

Some days are heavier than others.

You don’t need to tackle everything at once, and you don’t need to measure your progress against anyone else’s.

Take the day as it comes. Give yourself some breathing space. And remember that getting through a difficult day is an achievement in itself.

One day at a time.
